Is the health information you believe in really correct?
Doctors and nutritionists are giving out a lot of health information on TV and in books.
What people with professional qualifications say seems to be correct, but it is not always so.

In fact, some of the "good-for-you" information out there is nothing more than personal experience, or only a few studies have shown that it is good for your health.
It is a shame that health-conscious people find their efforts wasted or become unhealthy because they believe false health information.

In this book, you will find diets that have been scientifically proven to be good for you by multiple high-quality studies based on the latest vast number of research papers.
Try following the diet described in this book for about two weeks.
You'll start to feel the difference in your body.
