Overview

This book is the bible of logical thinking training, which sparked Japan's "logical thinking" boom. The systematic and practical skills will help you organize and structure your thoughts and ideas logically and be a powerful weapon to convince others.

These skills require only two simple tools: "MECE," a technique to eliminate duplication, omissions, and gaps, and "So What? / Why So?" to eliminate leaps in logic. Using these tools, you will be able to organize your thoughts and ideas logically. And once you learn the skills to structure your organized thoughts logically, your business communication skills will improve dramatically.

If you are not good at thinking logically or have trouble conveying to others what you want to say or what you feel is essential, this book is for you.

Anyone can acquire the tools and skills described in this book with some training. Read the explanations and examples, and then try the problems. It may seem difficult at first, but your ability to think logically and express yourself will improve as you solve the problems. And you will always be able to make your opponent think, "I see, I understand!"
