New Logic of Monetization to Change Existing Businesses
The core business is underperforming. How can we survive?
We need innovation not only in value creation (new business) but also in profit capture!
The "value creation," in which Japanese companies once took the lead, is no longer profitable. In particular, many sales and manufacturing companies are in even more difficult straits due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So, there is no time to wait.
This book thoroughly considers and proposes how to go about creating profits now. Business models are for monetization, but many business model theories only discuss up to "value creation" through "new business. However, the urgent issue is how to rebuild existing businesses and create innovation to earn profits.
In this book, I categorize many examples and as many as 30 profitable models and consider business models to open up tomorrow.
