A must-read book for those who want to strengthen their teams and organizations.

Twenty years after the 36th printing and 170,000 copies of the bestselling "Forging On-Site Capabilities," this is the latest edition of the book!

The new environment is developing —- changing employee values and drastic development in the economic environment and technology ......

To adapt to these new environments, we need to update our management facts shown below;

・The "4 No’s" Management of the past Japanese Companies is like these;
“No investment”: It has restrained aggressive capital investment and investment in human resource development.
“No increase in personnel”: Relying on non-permanent employees and limiting the growth of permanent employees.
“No Wage Increases": Profits have gone to retained earnings and dividends, and salaries have not been increased.
“No price increases”: Prices have not been adjusted to reflect values of products and services.

・Three "excesses" of Japanese companies
Over-analysis
Excessive planning
Excessive compliance

・Two "neglects" of Japanese companies
Neglect of low-profit businesses
Neglect of pre-modern organizational culture

So, what should executives, managers, and front-line workers do first respectively, in what order, and how?

The "Kushi-dango (skewered dumplings on a skewe) Model" is an absolute prerequisite for revival, in our own teams and organizations.
By employing the "Kushi-dango” Model, we can produce the best team and organization that can "execute" and "deliver results".

What is The "Kushi-dango” Model? and How can we create the "Kushi-dango” Model?
This book will tell you everything you need to know!
