Starting with a hypothesis will drastically reduce your workload!
This book shares the secret of how consultants can work three times faster.

Many business people believe that the more information they have, the better decisions they can make. Therefore, they gather as much information as possible and analyze it. After that, they try to determine the essence of the business problem and devise a solution.
What happens? They run out of time while gathering information, or they realize at the last minute that the essential data is missing. Then they are forced to make agonizing decisions.
It is not appropriate to do a thorough investigation and then come up with an answer.

So, what should we do? Learn to think hypothetically.
A hypothesis is a "tentative answer" or "tentative conclusion" that you have when you do not have sufficient information or when you have not completed your analysis.
Hypothetical thinking is the habit of looking at the big picture while always having a tentative answer.

According to the author, "All consultants who work quickly and deliver excellent results work with hypotheses." This book contains the problem-finding and problem-solving ideas that only the best consultants have.
